            RCT wants to be the phone service company that customers will call when they need repair or want a new phone system for their business.

            RCT’s goal is to make sure that our customers walk away happy and provide excellent service to all of our customers.  RCT would like to be known as the leader of Telecommunications of Northern Colorado.  RCT does all installs to code and tests all networking cables with FLUKE testers to guarantee our work surpasses or meets today’s standards.  RCT trains their employees to be able to handle the customers and the customers business needs.

            RCT will market small to medium size businesses that need a phone system or low-voltage cabling to better their business.  RCT listens to what our customer’s needs are to decide which phone system will better fit those needs with a fare cost.  After all of our installs, we make sure that the customer is trained on the phone systems for all the special programming that customers would like to do themselves.  RCT offers all new customers the first 30 days of programming changes free, within reason, to make sure that the phone system meets their needs.

            Telecommunication technology changes rapidly. RCT stays up with all the changes as they come along.  RCT feels that the product that we recommend to our customers is the top of the line system for that customer.  RCT makes sure that our employees keep up with all the technology changes so that they can pass them along to the customers to help their businesses.

            RCT has a wide knowledge of different phone systems which enables us to better fit our customers to the appropriate one that will meet their needs and offer a greater customer service experience.  RCT has been certified in several different types of cabling and phone systems to be able to install their products.

            RCT is a S Corporation business.

            Sam McMichael started RC Telecom in November of 1991.  Sam retired from AT&T in 1990 with 30 years service as a telephone technician.

            In January of 1997 Steve Johnson joined the corporation as a partner.  Steve had worked 12 years with School District 6 as an electrical and telephone technician and 3 years at North Colorado Medical Center as a telephone and network wiring technician.

            Steve and his wife Paula purchased the company and proudly continue to provide their expertise and solutions to companies all along the Colorado Front Range.  They have implemented a management strategy that utilizes their combined experience and dedication to customer service.  They use this strategy to competitively offer the Front Range Community comprehensive cabling and telephony services.
